Refund Policy
At ethicalfusion.com, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, we offer refunds only if:
- The product is not working as described, and
- You report the issue within 24 hours of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Misuse of the product
- Claims after product has been used or accessed successfully
To request a refund, contact us with proof (screenshots, errors, etc.) and your Order ID.
Refunds are only processed if the digital product does not work as described, and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are not issued for misuse, buyer’s remorse, or used/accessed products. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
